Yes. Each ticket admits one person. To bring someone, purchase a second ticket at the same tier, or mix tiers.
Hedgestone curates a slate of pre-vetted listings. Buyers submit LOIs in advance. Offers are presented live and sellers respond from the floor. Special attendee-only terms apply.
Business casual. Most attendees wear a suit jacket; ties optional. The Platinum dinner is smart casual.
No. The event is in-person only.

A Letter of Intent is a non-binding offer to acquire a business. You do not need one to attend, but if you want to participate in the Deal Bidding Floor we'll help you draft one in October.
No. There will be no book signings.

Guests may purchase tickets within their selected tier, and seating will be assigned accordingly within that section of the venue. Final seat allocations and seat numbers will be determined by the venue and event production team and shared with attendees approximately two weeks prior to the event.
