Terms of Service
Last updated June 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Epic Wealth Summit website (the “Site”), your registration for and attendance at the Epic Wealth Summit (the “Event”), and any related products, services, and communications (together, the “Services”), all of which are operated by The Hedgestone Group LLC (“Hedgestone,” “Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, joining the waitlist, registering for the Event, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
The Event is scheduled for December 16, 2026 at the Paramount Theater in Huntington, NY.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
3. Tickets and purchases
Final sale. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Transfers. Tickets may be transferred to another individual for a transfer fee equal to 10 percent of the ticket price, up to 14 days before the Event. After that cutoff, no transfers are permitted. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the email address below and are not effective until confirmed by us.
One per person. Each ticket admits one person. To bring an additional guest, an additional ticket is required.
Pricing and tier contents. Pricing, early-bird rates, scarcity counts, and tier inclusions are described on the Tickets and Seating section of the Site and may be updated by us prior to the Event. Pricing and availability are confirmed only when you complete a ticket purchase.
Seating. Final seat locations within a purchased tier are assigned by us and the venue production team and will be shared with attendees approximately two weeks before the Event. Seating maps are subject to change based on venue configuration.
Right to refuse or cancel. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel an order, or revoke a ticket if we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, prior breach of these Terms, or a threat to the safety, conduct, or reputation of the Event. Where a ticket is revoked for cause attributable to the attendee, no refund will be issued.
Invitation-only tiers. The Epic Inner Circle tier is invitation-only and is not a public offering. Acceptance into Platinum is at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of invitation.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest only. It is not a ticket purchase and is not a guarantee of admission, availability, seating, tier, or pricing. Being on the waitlist does not reserve a seat or lock in any rate. Pricing, availability, and tier are confirmed only when you complete a ticket purchase, and all of these may change before then at our sole discretion.
5. The Event proceeds rain or shine
The Event takes place rain or shine. Once your seat is confirmed it is yours for December 16, 2026, with no weather clauses and no exceptions. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, parking, meals not expressly included with your tier, or any other costs incurred by attendees.
Cancellation or rescheduling. In the unlikely event that we cancel or substantially reschedule the Event because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government order, venue closure, public-health emergency, strike, riot, or similar force-majeure event, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event or provide a credit toward a future Hedgestone event. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances, and our aggregate liability for cancellation or rescheduling is limited as described in Section 13.
6. Code of conduct and removal
We expect all attendees to behave professionally and to treat staff, speakers, vendors, venue personnel, and fellow attendees with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, intoxication that compromises safety, unauthorized solicitation, recording or rebroadcasting of Event programming without our written consent, or interference with Event operations are grounds for immediate removal from the Event without refund.
You agree to comply with all venue rules, posted notices, and instructions from Event staff and venue personnel, including those relating to security, accessibility, and health and safety.
7. Photo, video, and likeness release
By attending the Event, you grant Hedgestone and its designees a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to record, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your name, voice, image, and likeness as captured in photographs, audio, and video recordings made at the Event, for any lawful purpose, including marketing of future events, promotional content, social media, press coverage, and educational use.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in directed promotional shots should notify us in advance by email and again at on-site registration. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request in directed footage; we cannot guarantee removal from wide-audience or candid footage.
8. Deal floor and educational disclaimers
Not an investment vehicle. The Event, including the Deal Bidding Floor and any related programming, is an introductory facilitation between independent buyers and sellers and an educational program about business acquisitions, operations, and wealth strategies. Nothing offered at the Event, on the Site, or in any communication from us constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, an investment vehicle, registered investment advice, or legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Transactions are between attendees. Any business acquisition, sale, financing, partnership, or similar transaction pursued by attendees is between those attendees directly. Hedgestone is not a party to any such transaction unless we are expressly engaged in writing as a broker or advisor on it.
Consult your own professionals. Before entering into any acquisition, sale, financing, or similar transaction, you should consult independent legal, tax, accounting, and financial professionals. No Event material constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice.
Results not guaranteed. Any earnings, income, return, multiple, valuation, or performance statements presented at the Event or in our communications are illustrative only and are not representations or guarantees that you will achieve the same or any particular result. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
No fiduciary or confidential relationship. No fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership, joint venture, or confidential relationship is created between attendees and Hedgestone by reason of Event participation, on-site introductions, or any communication through Event tools. Hedgestone does not guarantee the confidentiality of attendee-to-attendee interactions.
9. Intellectual property and limited license
All content on the Site and at the Event, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, downloads, and software (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by Hedgestone or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site and the Content. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download (other than ordinary browser caching), upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, resell, frame, scrape, mine, or otherwise exploit any Content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Recording, livestreaming, photographing for commercial purposes, or rebroadcasting Event programming is prohibited without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted to you.
10. Submissions, testimonials, and user content
If you send us reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, questions, photographs, video, or any other materials, whether through the Site, by email, on social media tagging Hedgestone, or at the Event (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant Hedgestone a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display those Submissions in any media, in connection with Hedgestone, the Event, and future events and services, with or without attribution.
You represent and warrant that your Submissions are your own, do not violate the rights of any third party, are accurate, and do not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to review, monitor, or use any Submission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, scrape, overload, or impair the Services or any infrastructure used to deliver them.

- Impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation with any person, or use a false email address.
- Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or use the Services to send spam, chain letters, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
- Use the Services to harass, threaten, defame, or invade the privacy of others.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE SITE, THE EVENT, AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEDGESTONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS YOU MAY ACHIEVE FROM ATTENDING THE EVENT OR USING THE SERVICES.
NOTHING AT THE EVENT, ON THE SITE, OR IN ANY COMMUNICATION FROM US IS A SUBSTITUTE FOR INDEPENDENT LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING, FINANCIAL, OR MEDICAL ADVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE FROM US.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEDGESTONE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SPEAKERS, VENDORS, AND VENUE PARTNERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “HEDGESTONE PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THE EVENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE HEDGESTONE PARTIES FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THE EVENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE TICKET OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. If those laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Hedgestone Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Services or attendance at the Event; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any Submission you provide. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.
15. Assumption of risk
You voluntarily attend the Event and assume all risks associated with attendance, including risks of personal injury, illness, property loss or damage, and exposure to communicable disease. You agree to follow all venue safety rules and on-site instructions and to take reasonable precautions for your own safety and the safety of others.
16. Messaging terms (SMS and email)
These Messaging Terms cover communications sent for the Epic Wealth Summit, which is operated by Hedgestone (the program and brand).
Text messages (SMS). If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS opt-in box, you give explicit consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Hedgestone about the Epic Wealth Summit, such as ticket releases, schedule and logistics updates, reminders, and related Event news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of joining the waitlist, registering, or purchasing a ticket. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your SMS consent is never sold or shared. Hedgestone does not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in or consent information, or your mobile phone number, with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers these texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose. For full detail on how we handle this data, see our Privacy Policy.
Email. When you join the waitlist or register, you agree to receive email from Hedgestone about the Event and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Email and SMS consent are separate, and managing one does not change the other.
17. Electronic communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, text message, and notices posted on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that those communications be in writing.
18. Copyright complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to the email address below that includes:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
19. Governing law and dispute resolution
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim against us, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing us at the address below and providing a description of the claim, the relief sought, and your contact information. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may proceed as described below.
Arbitration; class-action waiver. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the Event that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, in Suffolk County, New York, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator’s award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and we each waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts for that purpose.
Small-claims exception.Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction in lieu of arbitration.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services or attendance at the Event after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to a specific ticket tier or product, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and the Event and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreement on the same subject matter.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
22. Referral program and referral rewards
A marketing reward. Our referral program lets eligible participants share a personal referral link or code and earn a reward when a new attendee purchases a ticket through it. The reward is a promotional incentive for ticket sales only. It is not a commission, fee, or compensation for offering or soliciting any security, investment, or investment advice, and it does not create any brokerage, advisory, or agency relationship.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. One referral account is permitted per person and per mobile phone number. You may not refer your own purchase, create duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or use another person’s identity or contact information.
How rewards are earned. A reward equals a percentage of the pre-tax ticket price of each qualifying purchase made through your referral link or code, credited on a last-touch basis, meaning the most recent referral used within the attribution window receives credit. The reward tiers and current rates are described on the referral pages of the Site and may be updated by us. A purchase qualifies only when it is completed and paid in full and is not later refunded, charged back, canceled, or transferred.
What does not qualify. Self-referrals, purchases by you or your household, refunded, charged back, canceled, or transferred tickets, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, automated or bot activity, and any attempt to manipulate referral tracking do not earn rewards. We may withhold or reverse pending rewards and remove a participant from the program in these cases.
Payouts. Qualifying rewards are calculated automatically and paid on a monthly basis, generally at the end of each month, for rewards earned during the prior period. We may apply a minimum payout threshold and a reasonable holdback to account for later refunds or chargebacks. Rewards have no cash value except as paid under the program and are not redeemable for anything other than the stated payout.
Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive. Where required by law, we may request a completed Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation before issuing payment, may withhold payment until it is provided, and may report amounts paid to you to the relevant tax authorities, including on a Form 1099 where applicable.
How you promote matters. You agree to promote the Event honestly and lawfully, to make no false or misleading claims, and to clearly disclose that you earn a reward for referrals, consistent with the endorsement guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission. You agree not to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, including text messages or email that would violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, or similar laws, and you are solely responsible for how you share your referral link. You may not bid on our brand names in paid search, spam, or use any deceptive or abusive practice to generate referrals.
Independent participant. Participation in the referral program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Hedgestone. You participate as an independent person acting on your own behalf.
Changes and termination. We may change the reward rates, eligibility, attribution rules, or any other aspect of the program, and may suspend, modify, or end the program, at any time and in our sole discretion. We may disqualify any participant, withhold or reverse rewards, and revoke referral access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated program terms.
