Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how The Hedgestone Group LLC (“Hedgestone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you in connection with the Epic Wealth Summit (the “Event” or “Program”), our marketing communications, this website, and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

By providing information to us, visiting this site, joining the waitlist, registering for the Event, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. The information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, information we collect automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from third parties. The categories below describe what we may collect and how we use it.

a. Information you give us

  • Identifiers: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and similar contact information you provide through the waitlist, registration form, ticket purchase, or contact form.
  • Commercial information: ticket purchases, tier selection, transaction history, and records of products or services you have ordered from us.
  • Financial information: billing information processed by our payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Profile and demographic information: company, role, investment focus, attendee archetype, and similar details you provide so we can tailor the Event experience.
  • Submitted content: communications you send us, survey responses, testimonials, feedback, and similar content.

b. Information we collect automatically

  • Internet and device activity: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed on this site, time and date of access, clicks, scrolls, and similar interactions.
  • Approximate location: general location derived from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7 below.

c. Information from other sources

  • Marketing partners, analytics providers, ad networks, and other vendors who help us reach interested attendees.
  • Social media platforms when you interact with our content, click a referral link, or authenticate through a social sign-in feature, subject to that platform’s privacy policy.
  • Publicly available business directories and information you have voluntarily made public.

d. At the Event

  • Photographs, audio, and video recordings captured at the Event in which you may appear.
  • Check-in data, badge scan data, and on-site engagement captured by Event production staff and our event-management platform.

3. How we use your information

  • Operate the Event, including registration, ticketing, check-in, seating, and on-site logistics.
  • Send transactional communications such as confirmations, receipts, schedule updates, and reminders.
  • Send marketing communications about the Epic Wealth Summit, pre-Event AI tools and resources, future events, and related Hedgestone services, with appropriate consent and opt-out controls.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Measure and improve site performance, the registration funnel, and the Event experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, abuse, and other unlawful activity.
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

The Epic Wealth Summit SMS program is operated by Hedgestone. We collect your mobile phone number only when you choose to share it, and we send text messages only after you give separate, explicit opt-in consent by checking the SMS consent box on our forms. We do not add you to the program from a purchased list, and we never enroll you without that explicit opt-in. SMS consent is optional and is never required to join the waitlist, register, or buy a ticket.

What we send. If you opt in, Hedgestone may send you recurring automated text messages about the Epic Wealth Summit, such as ticket releases, schedule and logistics updates, reminders, and related Event news.

Frequency, rates, and how to stop. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at the email address below for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never sell or share your SMS opt-in data. Hedgestone does not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in or consent information, or your mobile phone number, with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The only sharing that occurs is with the messaging provider that delivers these texts on our behalf, strictly so that the messages you asked for can be sent, as described under “Service providers we share with.”

SMS consent is separate from email. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email updates, and unsubscribing from email does not by itself stop texts. You can manage each independently.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may use advertising and analytics technologies that could be considered “sharing” under certain state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA / CPRA). You can request that we limit this sharing by emailing us at the address below.

We share limited information with service providers, partners, and third parties only as described below. Each is contractually required to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes for which it is provided.

a. Service providers

  • Resend, for transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • Neon, for database hosting of waitlist and registration records.
  • Vercel, for website hosting and edge delivery.
  • Our event-management platform, for registration and on-site operations.
  • A messaging provider, used only to deliver the text messages you opt in to receive, and only for that purpose.
  • Payment processors, for card processing on ticket purchases. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Analytics, advertising-measurement, and security vendors that help us operate, improve, and protect the Services.

b. Business transfers

If Hedgestone is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information through this Privacy Policy or a prominent notice on the site.

c. Legal requirements and protection of rights

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to respond to lawful requests by public authorities; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect against fraud, abuse, or harm; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hedgestone, our attendees, or others.

d. With your direction

We may share information with third parties when you expressly request or authorize us to do so.

SMS data is never shared for marketing. No mobile information or SMS opt-in or consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Live Event photography, audio, and video

The Event is photographed, audio-recorded, and video-recorded by Hedgestone and its designees. By attending the Event, you grant Hedgestone and its designees the right to capture and use your name, voice, image, and likeness in photographs, audio, and video recordings made at the Event, for any lawful purpose, including marketing of future events, promotional content, social media, press coverage, and educational use. This grant is worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable.

Attendees who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify us in advance by email and again on-site at registration. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request in directed shots; we cannot guarantee removal from wide audience footage.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve the user experience. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use both first-party cookies set by this site and a limited number of third-party cookies set by service providers we use, such as analytics tools.

We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. These services may set cookies or use similar technologies; their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We also run our own first-party traffic analytics on this site. When you visit, we record the pages you view, the page that referred you without its query string, campaign tags in the link, your device and browser type, and an approximate location (city, region, and country) derived from your IP address. We truncate stored IP addresses before saving them. To count returning visits without identifying you, we store a randomly generated visitor id in a first-party cookie named ews_vid. That id is not linked to your name or email and is used only to measure traffic. We do not sell or share this analytics data.

If you arrive through a referral link that includes a referral code, we store that code in a first-party cookie named ews_ref for up to 90 days, so that if you later purchase a ticket the purchase can be credited to the person who referred you. This cookie holds only the referral code, not your name or contact information, and is used only to attribute referrals and pay referral rewards. You can clear it through your browser settings.

First-party traffic analytics are currently on for this browser.

You can disable or clear cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the site.

8. International data transfers

Hedgestone is based in the United States, and our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

9. Data retention

We keep registration, transaction, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Event, fulfill our obligations to you, comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

10. Children

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email address below and we will take steps to delete the information.

11. Your choices

  • Marketing email: Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.
  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or reply HELP for help.
  • Access, correction, or deletion: Email us at the address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
  • Event photography: Notify us in advance and again at on-site registration if you wish to opt out of being featured in directed promotional shots.
  • Cookies: Manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

12. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.

  • Right to know. You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the prior 12 months, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may use advertising and analytics technologies that could be considered “sharing” under the CCPA / CPRA; you can request that we stop this sharing by emailing us at the address below.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
  • Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization and may take steps to verify the identity of the consumer and the agent.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.

13. European Economic Area and United Kingdom residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent laws (collectively, the “GDPR”) give you specific rights regarding your personal information.

Legal bases. We process your personal information based on one or more of the following: (a) your consent; (b) the performance of a contract with you; (c) our legitimate interests, such as operating and improving the Services and marketing future events, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms; and (d) compliance with our legal obligations.

Your rights. Subject to applicable exceptions, you have the right to access, correct, update, port, restrict the processing of, or delete your personal information, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any GDPR rights, email us at the address below.

14. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Third-party websites and links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

17. Confidential information and attendee networking

Attendees should not submit confidential investment, legal, tax, banking, or personally sensitive financial information through public forms, open chat tools, or Event networking surfaces unless specifically requested by us through a secure channel. We are not responsible for unsolicited submissions of confidential information, or for any loss or harm resulting from voluntary disclosures made to other attendees or in publicly accessible Event areas.

Networking is attendee-driven. Introductions, conversations, and transactions between attendees occur at the attendees’ own initiative. Hedgestone does not direct, supervise, or guarantee the substance, confidentiality, or outcome of any attendee-to-attendee interaction.

No fiduciary relationship. No fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership, joint venture, or confidential relationship is created between attendees, or between attendees and Hedgestone, by reason of Event participation, on-site introductions, or any communication through Event tools.

No guaranteed confidentiality. We do not guarantee confidentiality in attendee-to-attendee communications. If a discussion or document requires confidentiality, you should put a written nondisclosure agreement in place with the counterparty before sharing.

18. Referral program

If you take part in our referral program, we collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide to create your referral account, and we generate a referral code and link for you. We also record activity tied to your code, such as the number of link visits and the ticket purchases attributed to it, so we can calculate and pay referral rewards.

How we use it. We use referral information to operate the program, attribute referred purchases, calculate, verify, and pay rewards, notify our team of program activity, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

What a referrer can and cannot see. Your referral dashboard shows only aggregate figures, such as visit counts, the number of referred purchases, and your pending and paid rewards. It does not reveal the identity, contact information, or purchase details of the people who buy through your link.

Sharing for payment and tax. To pay rewards, we share limited information with our payment provider. Where required by law, we may collect tax documentation such as a Form W-9 and report amounts paid to the relevant tax authorities. We retain referral and payout records for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
