VIP Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is The Hedgestone Group LLC, the operator of the Epic Wealth Summit. The sponsor administers the giveaway, runs the drawing, and awards the prizes.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform where it may appear.

2. Eligibility

To enter you must:

• Be at least the legal age of majority in the state or territory where you live.
• Be a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
• Be able to show proof of identity, age, and residency before a prize is awarded.

Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsor and of its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies are not eligible. Neither are members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) or people living in the same household, whether related or not.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period and how to enter

The entry period opens when these rules are published on theepicwealthsummit.com/giveaway and closes on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received after that moment are not eligible. The sponsor clock is the official timekeeper.

To enter, complete the free entry form at theepicwealthsummit.com/giveaway with your name, email address, and phone number, and accept these rules. Once your entry is saved you receive an entry number on screen and by email.

One entry per person. This is enforced by a unique email address and a unique phone number. Submitting the form again returns the entry number you already have rather than creating a second entry. Automated, scripted, or bulk entries are void, as are entries using an email address or phone number that is not your own.

4. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your odds of winning. Buying an Epic Wealth Summit ticket, product, or service has no effect on the drawing. The free web entry form described in section 3 is the entry method.

5. Prize

There are 5 winners. Each winner receives one VIP Diamond ticket to the Epic Wealth Summit on December 16, 2026 at the Paramount Theater in Huntington, NY.

The approximate retail value is $9,997 per winner, for a total approximate retail value of $49,985. Approximate retail value is the standard published ticket price and is not a guarantee of resale value.

The prize is non-transferable. It may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged, and there is no cash equivalent or substitution, except that the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Travel, lodging, ground transportation, meals, insurance, and anything else not expressly listed above are not included. Getting to and from the event is the winner's responsibility and expense. All taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection

5 winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing takes place on December 1, 2026 and is conducted by the sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this giveaway are final and binding.

7. Notification, claim deadline, and unclaimed prizes

Winners are notified using the email address and phone number on their entry, so enter with details you actually check. The sponsor is not responsible for a notification that fails because of a wrong, changed, blocked, or full inbox or phone number.

A potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, and must complete and return any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release the sponsor requires within that same window.

A potential winner who does not respond in time, who declines the prize, who cannot be verified, or who does not return the required documents forfeits the prize. The sponsor may then select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries, or leave the prize unawarded. A forfeited or unclaimed prize has no cash value to the entrant.

8. Odds, publicity, liability, and disputes

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

Publicity release.Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize is consent for the sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements about the giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further compensation or approval.

Limitation of liability. By entering, you release the sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of entry, participation, or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize. The sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received because of a technical failure, and may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor outside its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Governing law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Dispute resolution. Any dispute arising out of this giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Winners list

For the names of the winners, send a written request to the sponsor at info@hedgestone.com within ninety (90) days after the drawing date. The winners list may also be posted on this page after the winners have been verified.

10. Privacy and how consent is recorded

Information you submit is handled under the Epic Wealth Summit Privacy Policy. Use of the website is also subject to the Terms of Service.

When you enter, the sponsor records that you accepted these rules, the version identifier of the rules you accepted (currently 2026-09-04), and the date and time you accepted them.

Email and text message marketing consent are separate, optional, and are not a condition of entry or of winning. If you opt in, the sponsor also records the exact wording of the consent you were shown and the date and time you gave it, so the record still holds after that wording is later revised. You can withdraw email consent by unsubscribing, and text consent by replying STOP.
